Action by Ida Holl, plaintiff, against city of Merrill and Lincoln county, defendants, to recover for personal injuries sustained by reason of a fall on a sidewalk in the city of Merrill alleged to have been defective. On March 24, 1947 summary judgment was entered dismissing the complaint and cross-complaint against Lincoln county. Plaintiff appeals from that part of the judgment dismissing its complaint as to the county and defendant city appeals from the entire judgment. The material facts will be stated in the opinion.
